Howl to the moon

The full moon is now out, Other creatures are around and about, A piercing sound slices through the air, Causing a frightful scare, A man walks through the graveyard, He hears the sound and stands guard, Mist crawls upon the ground, There is no movement, There is no sound, The man shivers and clenches his fists, A drop of sweat rolls down his lips, He shakes his head slowly and moves on, A sharp pain shoots up his chest, And he knows something is wrong, His hand grows bigger, His nails grow long, He didn't realize it was past dawn, Hair sprouts from his face, Across the graveyard, He throws his suitcase, His teeth grow really sharp, They are sharper than s sharks, The process is done, The transformations complete, It;s time to go out to the streets, He finds a homeless man asleep, And rips his flesh and goes in deep, A bloody mess is all thats left, He has stolen a life he completed a theft, The creature howls to the moon, And changes back too soon, He sees the man and starts to cry, He then decides that he should die, He sees the headlights of a car, And realizes its not too far, He runs faster than a horse, And the car hits him with lots of force, Slowly and painfully he dies, He takes one last look at the skies, The full moon hovers taking up a lot of room, Then he opens his mouth and howls to the moon.
